PROJECT PARAGONReturn to game →
PUBLIC BETA · UPDATED SEPTEMBER 13, 2026

Privacy Policy

Project Paragon collects only the information needed to operate authenticated game rooms, preserve private card zones, improve deck balance, and investigate structured beta reports.

Information used by the service

What is not intentionally collected

Project Paragon does not provide public chat, public profiles, spectator links, advertising trackers, or payment processing. Gameplay analytics are not intended to contain message content or reveal private hands in aggregate reports.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate players, operate rooms, prevent conflicting actions, restore game state, analyze balance, diagnose failures, and improve the beta. Project Paragon does not sell personal information.

Sharing and external services

Hosting and ChatGPT authentication providers process requests needed to operate the service. Card images may be loaded from an authorized Redemption image library. Links to Discord, retailers, YouTube, Cactus Game Design, and Land of Redemption open independent services with their own policies.

Retention and deletion

Room, action, gameplay, and beta-report records may be retained during the public beta for reliability and balance analysis. Automated expiration and self-service deletion are still being developed. Until those controls are available, use the structured Data & Privacy report category to request review.

Younger players

The service is not directed to children under 13. A child under 13 should not create an authenticated online room or submit account-linked information without a parent or guardian’s involvement.

Security and changes

Private zones are returned only to the authenticated seat that owns them, except when a valid game effect authorizes a temporary inspection. No online service can promise absolute security. Material policy changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.

This policy describes the current beta implementation and is not a substitute for advice from qualified legal counsel.
