How to play Redemption CCG
Redemption is a Bible-based collectible card game in which Heroes attempt to rescue Lost Souls while opponents use Evil Characters to block them.

Cards played in battle by a character of a matching brigade to provide numbers and abilities.
How a turn works
A turn moves through Upkeep, Draw, Preparation, Battle, and Discard. Project Paragon asks the active player to pass each phase intentionally and gives every eligible player the opportunity to use or pass initiative.
How battles work
The active player begins a rescue attempt with a Hero. An opponent may block with an Evil Character. The side currently losing the numerical battle normally receives initiative and may play a legal Enhancement. This means a smaller Hero can sometimes be strategically valuable because it may play the first Enhancement.
How to win
A player normally wins by rescuing five Lost Souls. Project Paragon includes a guided tutorial that explains card anatomy, card types, turns, battles, regular initiative, and Special Initiative.
